New at Zanzo's "Ambient Designs" prefab brand are these quaint "New England Retreats", cute, light, & efficient small homes (20x20m).78 prims (can be lowered) with scripted doors (access lists, lock and unlock, etc.) and tintable windows for privacy, plus outdoor furniture. The builds come with two rezzing options, normal and rez-faux.
Only L$599 each too - they are viewable on our demo platform!
We've also slashed prices on our older prefab stuff in the "Ambient Design" range by quite a lot so come and looksee if you need a home or commercial prefab. ^^
